Structure
- Set up the area as above using our football cones.
Rules
- The reds must try and move the ball end to end.
- They can go direct or use the whites.
- The yellows have to prevent this happening.
Breaking Lines
Structure
- Set up the area as above
Rules
- The red servers try to get the ball to the red #10.
- Once the red #10 receives the ball in between the units he must drive at the CB 1v1 towards goal.
Driving
Structure
- Set up the area as above
Rules
- The #10 drives at the red defender.
- The #10 can leave the square either side.
- Once they leave the square they must shoot at the goal ahead of them.
- The defender is not allowed to leave the square.
- Progress to allowing the defender to recover.
