-They must try to vary the style of delivery.
-The striker then tries to score., dodging the mannequins.

-The striker runs along the back line and then receives the ball in behind the defence creating a 1v1 opportunity with the GK.
-Diagonal pass meets a straight run.
-Make sure you add offside to help players perfect the timing.

Rules
-The blues pass the ball back and fourth acting like two CBs.
-The blues must try and hit the rebound board when possible.
-The white striker blocks the rebound board and then applies pressure to the blues.
-After 3-4 passes the blues let a loose one go for the striker to pounce on and go 1v1 with the GK.
