Competition: Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are subject to any other terms and conditions provided to you or to which you are referred at the time of entering the competition.

COMPETITION: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The closing date of the competition is midnight on 31^st March 2013, entries received after this date will not be accepted.
2. Competition details form part of these terms and conditions.
3. Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees (and their families) of Vesey UK Limited, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with the competition.
4. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
5. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or indecipherable will not be valid and deemed void.
6. All entries must be made on the relevant website page directly by the person entering the competition.
7. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost due to computer error in transit.
9. The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
10. The date and time of the football match will be confirmed to the winner of the competition in writing. No change to the date or time may be made by the winning entrant.
11. The winning entrant may nominate the opposing team of their choice to play against. Full contact details of the opposing team must be supplied within the nominated timeframe, failure to comply may result in the withdrawal of the winning team and a redraw of the competition.
12. Each entrant must be nominating a specific age group within a club which is affiliated to the FA and must be supplied at the time of entering the competition, any entries received without a valid FA affiliate number will be deemed void.
13. The winning team must have a complete adidas branded matching football kit which complies to FA regulations and differ in colour from the nominated opposing team, inc Goalkeeper.
14. The nominated opposing team must have a complete adidas matching football kit which complies to FA regulations and differ in colour from the winning entrants team, inc Goalkeeper.
15. Both participating teams must be fully insured and proof of insurance will be required prior to commencement of the game. Failure to provide proof of insurance will result in the competition prize being withdrawn and the competition null and void.
16. Both teams must follow and obey all rules as set by the football club and its nominated stewards, failure to comply will result in the immediate termination of the game and removal from the ground.
17. The winning entrant accepts full responsibility for any loss, damage or injury as a direct consequence of the actions of both teams players and or related individuals to the club, staff or ground.
18. The football match is to be played at an adidas sponsored Premier League/Championship football team nominated by Vesey UK Limited once the competition has closed.
19. The winner(s) is (are) responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes, including any necessary travel arrangements, travel documents, passports and visas.
20. Prizes are subject to availability and the prize suppliers’ terms and conditions.
21. Vesey UK Limited reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
22. In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
23. The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Vesey UK Limited relating to any post-winning publicity.
24. Vesey UK Limited reserve the right to withdraw the prize to the competition winner where Vesey UK Limited deem the winning team to have had poor publicity surrounding the team and/or players, managers or associated individuals to the team.
25. Vesey UK Limited reserve the right to decline the choice of the nominated opponents to the competition winner where Vesey UK Limited deem the opposing team to have had poor publicity surrounding the team and/or players, managers or associated individuals to the team
26. Unless stated otherwise the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material.
27. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, Vesey UK Limited reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
28. Confirmation of the prize will be made by email to the winner(s).
29. Failure to respond and/or provide the required information within the set timeframe, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
30. Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.
31. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

33. Vesey UK Limited or adidas accept no responsibility or liability for any damage, injury or loss suffered by any player, team or individual in relation the competition winning prize and all entrants enter this competition subject to this clause.
34. Confirmation of the winner will be available for disclosure, requests must be made in writing to Vesey UK Limited at the companies address no earlier than six weeks, unless otherwise stated, after the close of the competition. Only the surname and county of the winners will be disclosed.
