Gates
Structure
- Set up the area depending on your outcome.
Rules
- Blues and whites fighting in the middle.
- Play for time or play for points.
- A player in possession of the ball must release the ball through a gate for a team mate.
- If a player on the same team receives it securely they get a point. If the opposition win it they now try to go through the gates.
Progressions:
- One team can pass through gates whilst the other can drive through.
- 1st team to complete all the gates.
Thirds
Structure
- Set up the area depending on your outcome.
Rules
- Both teams playing 221 formation.
- Objective is to get the ball from your defending third to final third and score.
Progressions:
- Players choose their own formations.
- You can miss out midfield.
- -If you regain possession you must always visit your own defending third.
Areas
Structure
- Set up the area depending on your outcome.
Rules
- 6v6 in the middle.
- The team in possession must try to play a team mate in one of the corner boxes.
- The ball goes in, the ball then comes out.
- The player who received the ball in the box remains in the square.
- They must now try and do this with the remaining squares to win.
- The more squares you start to fill the less players you have to keep possession.
- If the other team follow the same process in a square the other team are in, then that player leaves and the new player stays.
