- The pole is the centre to encourage player to move between the cones to create good angle, distance and support.
Rondo is to keep possession of the ball and help support players off the ball to support on angle for their team mates.
Thinking about the weight of pass and how many touches the players are having as you want the practice to very intense.

Set-up
- 2 teams – 4v4
- 4 Neutral players
- 4 Passes, then dribble through
The aim of the session is to create four passes in the possession box, to then dribble over the N-zone to score a point.
Can you create an overload in your teams to create opportunities for one touch and two touch passes which create opportunities to score.

Set-up
- 4 teams of 3
- 2 sets of Goals per team
- 2 games going on in the same square
2 games going on in one match with 4 teams. 2 goals to defend for each team. Can you create 4 passes to then create the opportunity to dribble through the goal to score a point.
