As part of our joint support with the Young Elizabethan League, each accredited Charter Standard Team affiliated with the Young Elizabethan League registering their teams details below by Friday 31st December 2021 shall receive a free First Aid Kit, worth £49.99 each!

To receive your teams First Aid Kit, complete our simple registration form with your contact details and a couple of questions about your club/team. First Aid Kits will be distributed by 31st January 2022.

Please note a maximum of one First Aid Kit can be redeemed per team within a club, duplication of data/entries will result in only one First Aid Kit being provided, so please ensure the Manager of each individual team registers with their details. Any individual registering for multiple teams within a club, will only receive one First Aid Kit. All data will be verified with the Young Elizabethan League and a maximum limit of 1 First Aid Kit per registered team will be provided. Only clubs in the list below are eligible to receive a free First Aid Kit based on data provided by the Young Elizabethan League. Vesey reserve the right to refuse or reject any entry received, if it deems it to be falsified or inaccurate.
