Terms and Conditions These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering the Shirt Giveaway, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Competition: The terms and conditions apply to "Shirt Giveaway" 2. Promoter: Vesey UK Limited, Hastingwood Business Park, Wood Lane, Birmingham. B24 9QR. 3. Eligibility: This promotion is open to all United Kingdom residents aged over 16 years (“Participants”). 4. Giveaway Period: The giveaway is open between 16.06.2022 to 30.06.2022 23:59:59. 5. Entry Instructions: Participants are required to fill out the entry form. Entries received after the End Date 30.06.2022 will not be accepted by the Promoter. All entries are on behalf of the nominated club. The winning shirt must be provided to the nominated football club, whom will use the shirt to generate funds for the club, as they deem in the best interests, such as but not limited to, raffled, auction or other methods. 6. Prize: The Prize awarded to verified winners is a signed Brighton Hove Albion Home Shirt. The signed shirt does not include certificates of authenticity and have been supplied by our brands partners, such as but not limited to adidas or Nike. The prize is not exchangeable and no cash alternative or equivalent. Entrants do not need to make any purchase with discountfootballkits.com to be entered. 7. Winner Selection: The winner will be drawn randomly on Friday 01.07.2021; if the winner drawn does not meet the criteria they will be disqualified and redrawn. Maximum 1 winning entry per nominated club, if a club already drawn is drawn further in the competition, then the winner will be redrawn 8. Winner Notification: The verified winner will be notified of their win by the email they provided. Should there be any consequential issues we will be in touch via email or phone call. We reserve the right to request to see your original receipt. 9. General: The Promoter reserves the right to request such information as it considers reasonably necessary or desirable for the purpose of verifying the eligibility or validity of an entry and any prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification 10. Publicity: Each winner agrees to participate in any publicity or other such promotional activities which the Promoter may reasonably require in connection with the promotion and the Promoter shall have the right to use each winner’s name, likeness, image, voice and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the promotion in all media without further notice and without the need to make any payment to such a winner. 11. Personal Details: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current data protection legislation.
