Terms and Conditions These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering the Win A Team Kit, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Competition: The terms and conditions apply to "Win A Team Kit" 2. Promoter: Vesey UK Limited, Hastingwood Business Park, Wood Lane, Birmingham. B24 9QR. 3. Eligibility: This promotion is open to all United Kingdom residents aged over 16 years (“Participants”). 4. Giveaway Period: The giveaway is open between 01.02.2021 to 28.02.2021 23:59:59. 5. Entry Instructions: Participants are required to fill out the entry form. Entries received after the End Date 28.02.2021 will not be accepted by the Promoter. All entries are on behalf of the nominated club. All entries must be a player, parent of a player, coach, manager, volunteer or committee member at the nominated club name. Any entry, whom doesn’t meet this criteria will be null and void, with winners redrawn where required 6. Prize: The Prize awarded to verified winners is an adidas team kit. The team kit will consist of, shirts, shorts and socks. The number of shirts, shorts and socks will depend on team age group and is subject to availability. We reserve the right to amend number of kits per team as adult clubs will receive 14 outfield and 1 gk kit, youth teams will receive 7 outfield and 1 gk kit. We reserve the right to choose the brand of kit supplied, style and design. The prizes can consist of adidas Estro 19 shirt, adidas Striped 19 shirt, adidas Parma 16 shorts & adidas Milano 16 socks. Kit will feature the companies logo as sponsor across the front of all shirts. That kit choice & colour is subject to availability and we reserve the right to amend. The prize is not exchangeable and no cash alternative or equivalent. Entrants do not need to make any purchase with discountfootballkits.com to be entered. 7. Winner Selection: 1 winner will be drawn randomly on 01.03.2021; any winner drawn that does not meet the criteria will be disqualified and redrawn. Maximum 1 winning entry per nominated club, if a club already drawn is drawn further in the competition, then the winner will be redrawn 8. Winner Notification: All verified winners will be notified of their win by the email they provided. Should there be any consequential issues we will be in touch via email or phone call. 9. General: The Promoter reserves the right to request such information as it considers reasonably necessary or desirable for the purpose of verifying the eligibility or validity of an entry and any prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification. We reserve the right to terminate the competition at any point without notice 10. Publicity: Each winner agrees to participate in any publicity or other such promotional activities which the Promoter may reasonably require in connection with the promotion and the Promoter shall have the right to use each winner’s name, likeness, image, voice and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the promotion in all media without further notice and without the need to make any payment to such a winner. 11. Personal Details: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current data protection legislation.
